Payment terms will be agreed upon acceptance of the quotation. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. The balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We guarantee our workmanship and will rectify any defects arising from our work within the guarantee period. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship guarantee.

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
